What data I process

• Identification and contact details you send me yourself (name, e-mail, phone).
• The content of your enquiry or message.
• Technical data from your visit (IP address, browser type) and data from cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

• Handling your enquiry and communication — legitimate interest, or pre-contractual negotiation.
• Performance of a contract and legal obligations (accounting, taxes).
• Traffic measurement and marketing — only on the basis of your consent (cookies).

Retention period

I keep enquiries for a maximum of 3 years from the last communication, and accounting documents for the period required by law (usually 10 years). Cookie consent is valid for 12 months.

Sharing of data

I never pass data to third parties for the purpose of selling it. It may only be accessed by the service providers I use to run my business (hosting, e-mail, accountant), and only to the extent necessary.
